Going forward, I'll probably only eat this once my mouth has adjusted to no sugar (2nd or 3rd week). The berry topping definitely helps.
2 bananas
2 c instant oats
1 1/2 c plant-based milk
2 tbsp quality oil
1. Grind oats in a blender
2. Add the bananas and milk
3. Blend until smooth
4. Cook 2 minutes each side in oiled pan
Berry Topping
3 c fresh or frozen fruit
3 tbsp orange juice
3 tbsp pineapple juice
1 tbsp maca root
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
1. Add all ingredients to saucepan and bring to boil over medium heat
2. Reduce to medium-low heat and muddle fruit
3. Cook 10-15 minutes, occasionally muddling fruit
4. Remove from heat and cool
